We arrived to find the door propped open, an unsettling first impression. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hair on the sheets and dust under the bed was disappointing. Despite requesting room service for clean sheets, we returned to find no changes made. These issues significantly impacted our experience.

A wide array of food for breakfast, it was excellent! The location was magnificent, just 5 min walk from Foundation Eusebius Arnhem Church. Visited few places in the centre, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Satisfactory breakfasts, the stay was very very good!
Loved the room with fridge, my bed was comfy. Extra touches like a mini bar and baggage storage were a treat, staff were very very helpful and extremely friendly. It had a magnificent and wonderful location - right next to Foundation Eusebius Arnhem Church. The bus stop was 600 feet away...

The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Arnhem's city center and close to the famous John Frost bridge. The underground parking was a lifesaver, and the breakfast had an excellent variety, including an omelette cooked to order!
